Session Pricing

Cozy Bedroom Decor

Introductory session

£225 (+VAT)

A focused session of up to 4 hours with one organiser,  ideal for a single small area such as a storage cupboard, paperwork or small kitchen. A considered starting point for clients who would like to experience our approach before committing to a larger project.


If you would like to continue into a full day, we can extend on the day with your agreement,  your half day investment is credited toward the full day rate.

Half Day

Most popular

£395 (+VAT)

Our most requested format, up to 7 hours on site with one organiser. A full day creates the time and momentum needed to complete spaces properly, decluttering, organising, and implementing systems designed to last well beyond the session itself.

If a session needs a little extra time to complete a space, we can extend on the day with your agreement, additional time is charged at £55 per hour + VAT per organiser.

Full Day

Larger projects and team sessions

For multi-room resets, house moves, wardrobe transformations, and projects requiring a team, we provide a clear proposal following a short consultation. A fixed investment is always confirmed before any work begins.

Team sessions

Two or three organisers working in parallel,  for larger homes and projects with a clear deadline.

Project-based work

House moves, full home resets, wardrobe transformations, estate and probate support.

Commercial work

 Offices, stockrooms, and operational spaces. Catered to businesses. Scoped and quoted individually.

What’s Included

What's included in every session:

  • Planning and preparation related to your project

  • On-site organising with your allocated team

  • Product research and recommendations where appropriate

  • A focus on creating systems that last beyond the session itself

Where storage products are required, we can source and purchase these on your behalf based on an agreed budget.

 

We do not charge additional sourcing or recommendation fees for organising products as part of your project.

Before we Begin

Every project starts with a conversation. Depending on your situation we will recommend the most appropriate starting point, a brief call, a video consultation, or an in-home visit. Consultation fees are fully deducted from your project investment when you proceed.​

Discovery Call (Complimentary)

A short phone or video call to understand your situation and determine how we can help. No obligation and no preparation required, just a conversation.

In Depth Virtual Consultation

£75 (+VAT)

 

A 45-minute video session where we review your space together, discuss your goals, and provide clear guidance on next steps and recommended approach. Fully deducted from your project investment if you proceed.

In-Home Assessment

£125 (+VAT)

 

Recommended for larger homes, house moves, and more complex situations. We visit in person, review the space thoroughly, and provide a structured plan and project proposal. Fully deducted from your project investment if you proceed.

A Note on Value

Structured sessions mean no clock-watching, no unexpected add-ons, and clear expectations from the outset. When we are in your home we work with intention and momentum,  not simply filling time.

Many clients tell us they see more progress in a single session with our team than they previously experienced over weeks of hourly organising elsewhere.

Our goal is not simply to spend time in your home. It is to create systems that genuinely improve how your space functions, and continue to do so long after we leave.

. Hourly charging creates uncertainty, sessions can overrun, decisions take longer than expected, and the final cost becomes unpredictable. Our structured sessions give you clarity from the outset and allow us to work with momentum rather than watching the clock.

Why don’t you charge hourly?

. This depends on the space, the volume of belongings, and how quickly decisions can be made. During our initial conversation we will give you a realistic sense of what to expect. Most clients are surprised by how much can be completed in a single focused day.

How much can be achieved in a session?

. Larger projects are quoted individually following a consultation. We assess the scope, define the outcomes, and provide a clear fixed investment before any work begins, no surprises.

How are larger projects priced?

. Not necessarily. Our half day introductory session is a good starting point for smaller spaces or clients who would like to experience our approach first. If you would like to continue into a full day, we can extend on the day, your half day investment is credited toward the full day rate.

Do I need to book a full day?
Can you provide larger teams if needed?

. Some projects involve travel outside Zone 4, parking or congestion charges, or specialist disposal costs. These are always discussed and confirmed before any work begins.
