Clear, Structured Pricing

At A Tidy Mind London, we focus on delivering meaningful results rather than watching the clock.

Most organising work naturally takes several hours to complete properly, which is why we structure our work through focused sessions rather than open-ended hourly bookings.

This allows our team to work efficiently while giving you clarity around cost from the outset.

A Note on Value

Structured pricing means:

  • No clock-watching

  • No unexpected add-ons

  • Clear expectations from the outset

  • A focus on meaningful progress rather than time spent

Many clients searching for professional organisers in London want clarity on how organising sessions work and what they cost. We always aim to be fair and transparent with our pricing so there are no surprises. When we’re in your home, we work with intention and momentum.

Clients often tell us they see more progress in a single session with our team than they previously experienced with weeks of hourly organising elsewhere.

Our goal is not simply to spend time in your home, it is to create systems that genuinely improve how your space functions.

Frequently Asked Questions

. Many organising services charge hourly rates. In practice, however, sessions often extend beyond the planned time as decisions take longer or additional areas are uncovered. Structured sessions allow us to complete spaces properly without stopping mid-way or needing multiple short visits. This approach often leads to faster progress and clearer expectations around cost from the outset.

Why don’t you charge hourly?

. This depends on the size of the space, the volume of belongings, and how quickly decisions can be made. Most sessions focus on one or two areas of the home and aim to create meaningful, lasting progress rather than rushing through multiple spaces. During our initial conversation, we’ll help recommend the best starting point.

How much can be achieved in a session?

. For larger homes, house moves, or multi-room organising projects, we usually propose a project fee rather than simply multiplying the daily rate. This allows us to structure the work efficiently and often provides better value compared with booking sessions individually. Project pricing is discussed following an initial consultation or assessment.

How are larger projects priced?

. Not always. For smaller spaces or life-admin support, we sometimes recommend our Home & Lifestyle Support sessions, which are shorter and more collaborative. However, most physical organising projects benefit from the focus and momentum of a structured full-day session.

Do I need to book a full day?

. Yes. For larger homes, house moves, or projects requiring faster turnaround, we can provide additional organisers. These projects are quoted individually based on scope and complexity.

Can you provide larger teams if needed?

. Many clients feel unsure at first, which is completely normal. We’ll usually recommend a starting point based on the area you’d like to focus on. If additional time would be helpful during the session, we can always extend with your agreement. Our goal is to make meaningful progress while keeping the process flexible and collaborative.

What if I’m not sure how long I’ll need?

Not Sure Where to Start?

You don’t need to decide alone. A short conversation will help us understand your home, your priorities, and recommend the most appropriate next step.
