Organising & Decluttering
Organising and decluttering sit at the heart of what we do. At A Tidy Mind London, we help individuals and families create calmer, more functional homes by reducing clutter and introducing systems that genuinely work for how you live, not how a magazine says you should live.
Our approach is practical, supportive, and non-judgemental. We don’t rush, we don’t overwhelm, and we don’t apply one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we work alongside you to bring structure, clarity, and lasting change.
Who This Service Is For
This service is ideal if:
-
Your home feels overwhelming or difficult to manage
-
You’ve tried to declutter before but struggled to maintain it
-
Life changes have made your current setup no longer work
-
You want calm, order, and systems that are easy to live with
-
You’re neurodivergent (including ADHD) and need tailored, realistic support
Many of our clients are busy professionals, families, downsizers, and individuals who value discretion and thoughtful support.

How We Work
Most clients begin with a structured day session, which allows us to make meaningful progress without burnout or pressure.
For larger homes or more complex situations, we may recommend a project-based approach, where the focus is on achieving clear outcomes rather than working to a set number of sessions.
Many clients choose to start with a single day session to experience how we work before deciding whether to continue further.

What We Can Help With
Our organising and decluttering support may include:
-
Whole-home or room-by-room decluttering
-
Kitchens, living areas, bedrooms, and storage spaces
-
Paperwork and household admin systems
-
Creating practical storage and routines
-
Supporting habit change so systems last
We prioritise working with what you already own wherever possible and avoid unnecessary purchases or complicated solutions.
Our Approach
Organising is a collaborative process. While we aim to reduce decision-making wherever possible, decluttering does require your input. We guide decisions calmly and respectfully, adapting our pace and approach to suit your needs. We are particularly experienced in working with neurodivergent households, including clients with ADHD, and understand the importance of flexible systems that feel achievable rather than restrictive.
Confidential and discreet
Non-judgemental
Tailored to you and your lifestyle
Ongoing Support
Once a home has been reset, many clients choose to continue with maintenance sessions to help keep systems in place and prevent overwhelm from returning. Maintenance support is available only after we’ve completed an initial reset, ensuring there’s a strong foundation to build on.
A Note on Suitability
Our work is collaborative. While we aim to reduce decision-making wherever possible, decluttering does require participation and openness to change. While we don’t currently offer services for severe hoarding situations, we understand how complex they can be. If you or someone you know is struggling, the Hoarding UK website is a valuable resource offering guidance, professional support, and community connections.
