Our Story
A Tidy Mind London was founded in 2019 with a simple aim: to help people feel calmer, clearer, and more in control of their homes and lives.
What began as a small organising service has grown into a trusted, well-established business supporting hundreds of clients across London and beyond.
In our early years, A Tidy Mind London operated as part of the A Tidy Mind franchise, where we gained valuable training, experience, and foundations that shaped our professional standards. Over time, we’ve worked in a wide range of homes, from busy family households and professional apartments to high-profile residences, always with the same thoughtful, non-judgemental approach.
In 2026, A Tidy Mind London transitioned to operate as an independent business, building on years of experience while shaping our own direction and way of working. While we remain grateful for our earlier chapter, A Tidy Mind London is now a standalone company with its own team, systems, and approach. This independence allows us to work with greater clarity and flexibility, and to continue evolving our services in a way that genuinely serves our clients.
A Human, Grounded Way of Working
From the beginning, our work has been about more than just tidying. We understand that homes reflect lives, routines, pressures, habits, emotions, and transitions. Clutter is rarely just “stuff”; it’s often a sign that something needs simplifying, rethinking, or supporting differently.
That’s why our approach is calm, collaborative, and practical. We don’t impose rigid systems or judge how a home looks. Instead, we take the time to understand how you live and what you need, then help create order in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Many of our clients come back to us again and again, not just because their homes work better, but because the process feels supportive and respectful.
A Small, Trusted Team
We work with a carefully selected team of organisers who share our values of discretion, compassion, and attention to detail. Each team member is chosen not only for their organisational skill, but for their ability to work respectfully in people’s homes and adapt to different personalities, lifestyles, and needs. Together, we aim to create spaces that are calm, functional, and easy to live with, without overwhelm.

Craig, Founder
A Tidy Mind London is led by Craig, who brings a calm, considered presence to every project.
Craig’s approach is shaped by a lifelong appreciation for simplicity, clarity, and environments that support wellbeing. His background spans professional organising, planning-led support, and years of hands-on experience working with individuals, families, and neurodivergent households.
Today, Craig focuses on consultations, planning, and specialist projects, while working closely with a small, trusted team to deliver day-to-day sessions. This structure ensures every client benefits from thoughtful oversight as well as practical, hands-on support.
Netta, Senior Professional Organiser
Netta brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to every project, shaped by years of experience in interior design and a deep appreciation for how our surroundings affect how we feel.
She believes that home should be a sanctuary, a place that feels calm, functional, and supportive of everyday life. With a natural ability to see how spaces can work better, Netta enjoys rolling up her sleeves and getting fully involved in the organising and decluttering process.
Her approach is grounded and focused, helping clients feel supported while making meaningful progress. Netta is particularly skilled at maximising space and bringing clarity to areas that feel overwhelming.

Mollie, Professional Organiser
Mollie’s approach to organising is shaped by lived experience. Having spent years living in London homes with limited space, she understands how important it is for a home to feel both functional and restorative.
She helps clients make the most of what they have, creating organised spaces that feel calm, considered, and genuinely enjoyable to live in. Mollie is passionate about helping people value and care for their belongings, when everything has a clear place, daily life feels simpler and more manageable.
With a background in fashion styling, Mollie has a particular love for wardrobe organisation. She enjoys helping clients refine their clothing collections so they reflect who they are, work seamlessly day to day, and feel visually harmonious.
Looking Ahead
As an independent business, A Tidy Mind London continues to grow thoughtfully, guided by experience, trust, and long-term client relationships. Our focus remains the same as it’s always been: helping people create homes and systems that support the way they live now, and where they’re heading next.
