Our Maintenance Partnership provides ongoing professional organising support for clients in London who have completed an initial reset with A Tidy Mind London and wish to maintain the systems we’ve established together.  

 

This is proactive home organising, not reactive decluttering.  It is designed for households that value consistency, structure and long-term calm.  Maintenance Partnerships are limited to ensure discretion, quality and continuity.

This partnership is offered following completion of an initial organising project and is subject to availability.

What It Includes

Maintenance sessions are delivered as structured full-day visits (1 professional organiser), focused on:

  • System preservation

  • Wardrobe rotation and refinement

  • Storage optimisation

  • Preventative decluttering

  • Children’s room resets

  • Kitchen and pantry recalibration

  • Containment of incoming items

  • Maintaining previously organised spaces

 

The objective is simple: your home continues to function at the standard we created together, without returning to overwhelm.

Where a session runs over the standard 7 hours and you would like us to continue, additional time is charged at £55 per hour + VAT per organiser, agreed on the day.

Additional sessions beyond your agreed frequency may be scheduled at the member rate, subject to availability. Where additional organisers are required due to scope, this will be quoted separately.

Payment & Session Accrual
  • Monthly payments are due at the beginning of each month

  • Sessions accrue monthly and cannot be used prior to accrual

  • Annual partners receive access to their full allocation immediately

  • All sessions must be used within the 12-month term

  • One unused session may be rolled forward for up to 3 months within the same agreement year

  • Following a 30-day cooling-off period, early termination requires settlement of any outstanding balance within the agreed term.

Priority Continuity
Maintenance clients benefit from structured scheduling and considered continuity throughout the year. Where future projects arise, such as house moves, larger decluttering phases or space reconfiguration, partnership clients receive priority consideration within our calendar.

Is this available to new clients?

. Yes. The Maintenance Partnership operates on a structured 12-month agreement, with either monthly or annual prepaid payment options.

Is this a subscription?

. We offer three rates depending on your level of commitment. Our standard session rate is £395 + VAT. Clients on a 12-month monthly partnership benefit from a member rate of £360 + VAT. Clients who prepay annually receive our best rate of £350 + VAT per session - a reward for committing to a full year of structured support upfront.

What is the difference between rates?

. Yes. Additional organising days beyond your agreed frequency may be scheduled at your applicable member rate, subject to availability.

Can I book additional sessions?

. All sessions must be used within the 12-month agreement term. One unused session may be rolled forward for up to 3 months within the same agreement year.

What happens if I don’t use a session?

. There is a 30-day cooling-off period from the start of your agreement. After this point, early termination requires settlement of the remaining agreement balance.

Can I cancel early?

. Maintenance Partnerships are designed for homes requiring ongoing refinement rather than large-scale reset projects. Larger properties or sessions requiring multiple organisers may be quoted separately — just get in touch and we'll discuss the right structure for your home.

Is this suitable for large properties?

. If you would like us to continue beyond the standard 7 hours, additional time is charged at £55 per hour + VAT per organiser. This is always agreed with you on the day before any extension begins.
